FAUSTINE MMAO THOMAS

The President

He is one of the core founders of MEMA Organization. He serves as MEMA Organization President, Mr. Faustine Mmao Thomas had obtained his primary school at Dareda Kati Primary School from 1973-1979,in Babati District-Manyara region, ordinary education at Singe Secondary School from 1980-1983, (Babati district-Manyara region, advance level at Mkwawa High School from 1984-1986 Iringa region. He joined Mkwawa Teachers College in 1986 and completed Diploma in Education in 1987.

He is now a retired civil servant who served as a Mathematics and Physics teacher from 1987 to 2023 in several secondary schools including; Chief Sarwatt Secondary School as Senior Academic Teacher, Dareda Secondary School as Senior Academic Teacher, Qameyu Secondary School as Senior Academic Teacher and as Deputy Headmaster, Umagi Secondary School, where he served as Ag. Headmaster.

He is a passionate and hardworking person with ambition and generosity, he is concerned and objective based in supervising activities, he like to volunteer himself before the others at work place. He works as head of MEMA organization, overseeing all activities and make sure that everything is working as planned. He is always responsible for visiting all project activities, site checkup, write down prior report and submit to NGO office for compiling.
