Mr Julius John Bayyo is a founding member of member of MEMA organization. He works as NGO assistant technician,

He completed primary school in 1983 at Dareda Mission Primary School. He also completed ordinary level education in 2010, he attended technical studies at different colleges including Nangwa Vocational Training Centre from 1984-1987, Arusha Technical College from 2012-2023 the he joined Morogoro Vocational Teachers College in 2015 and completed his studies in 2017.

He is doing all activities related to production of wood saving stoves, solar cookers, and rain gutters. He is also responsible for supervision of workshop activities, preparing bill of quantities (B.O.Q), distribution and donation of readymade rain gutters, wood saving stoves and solar cookers to school, health centers and other identified areas in need.
