The Executive Secretary
He is one of founding member of MEMA organization where he works as Executive Secretary of NGO. Mr Leopold Lucian Khaday has obtained his primary school education at Merr Primary School in 2005, then he joined Qameyu primary school in 2006 and completed his ordinary level education in 2009, in 2010 he joined Kifaru High School and completed advanced level education in 2012. He joined University of Dar es salaam in 2013 and graduated bachelor degree in Arts with Education in 2015.
He is as hard working as he is doing all documentation work of NGO, preparing reports quarterly and annually, implementation of organizational objectives and other to do list. In cooperation with the MEMA president he makes a follow up of all activities under NGO including buying of materials for projects, production stages, distribution to the needy marginalized and disabled or poor groups. Together with other leaders of NGO he looks for donors of projects. He is also a member of Hygiene and Health education, one of project by MEMA NGO; he teaches environmental protection education at different school. He is also responsible to identify the poor families whose kids need the access to education, write down the report with supporting evidences and submit them to MEMA general meeting to be discussed for further actions. Identify school which needs to be donated wood saving stove, solar cookers, pads, and health centers with scarcity of health facilities.
